The King Lear Experience is an extraordinary new website where you can get involved with the production of Shakespeare’s King Lear starring Pete Postlethwaite. The King Lear Experience leads you through the doors of the rehearsal room: We’ve set a video challenge for anyone to make a 15 second video clip inspired by scenes and themes from the play, the funnier and more and extreme the better! All your input to the site will be seen and commented on by the cast, the director and others from the production team as well as the members of the public who’ll be taking part.

First Light are inviting young filmmakers to attend a free event as part of the Encounters Festival in Bristol. Stepping Up the Talent Ladder - Saturday 22nd November, 15.00, Watershed Cinema 3 Award-winning short filmmaker and friend of Club Flix, Geoff Taylor will host the event and show some of his films along with offering advice on how to get ahead in the film and TV industry.
